Mason Paul began his real estate journey in 2019, and while his path hasn’t been traditional, it’s been defined by standout performance and an unrelenting drive to succeed. From day one, Mason has tackled every challenge with focus and grit—quickly establishing himself as a top-performing agent across multiple sectors of the industry.

In 2023 and 2024, Mason ranked in the top 1% of leasing agents in New York City based on both deal volume and total transactions. During his highest-performing year, he generated over $400,000 in gross commission income individually—demonstrating his ability to close deals, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients at scale.

By mid 2024, Mason made the transition into commercial real estate, heading the acquisitions department at a development firm focused on building and land sales. In this role, he developed deep expertise in high-value acquisitions, debt financing, pro forma modeling, and underwriting—gaining a sharp understanding of the financial and strategic elements behind complex transactions.

Now entering the luxury residential sales space, Mason brings with him a rare blend of experience, drive, and charisma. Known as a deal closer, hard negotiator, and natural relationship builder, he approaches every transaction with the same intensity and professionalism—delivering exceptional results for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.
